Position Overview:

We are in search of a Digital Engagement Specialist to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our digital communication channels, developing engaging content, and fostering positive customer relationships online. Through your skills in social media and network technology, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our brand, products, and services, while upholding our company values of professionalism and dedication.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain our social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and image
Develop and curate high-quality and engaging content for our social media channels
Monitor social media trends, identify relevant digital opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations
Engage with customers, respond to inquiries, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of our digital campaigns
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with overall marketing objectives
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
Proven experience in managing social media platforms and implementing successful digital campaigns
Expertise in utilizing social media analytics tools and demonstrated understanding of key metrics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to multitask and meet deadlines
