Position: Travel Experience Designer

Job Description:

Create and design tailor-made travel itineraries for our clients, highlighting the best places to visit, local attractions, and unique experiences in Extremadura.
Research and source new attractions, accommodations, and activities that align with our company's vision of delivering outstanding travel experiences.
Collaborate with local partners, such as wineries, museums, and adventure tourism providers, to develop exclusive partnerships and unique offerings for our travelers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer preferences to continuously improve our offerings and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and prompt response to inquiries and requests.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling content and promotional materials that effectively showcase our travel experiences.
Coordinate logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and activity bookings, to ensure smooth travel operations for our clients.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in English and Spanish.
Previous experience in the tourism or hospitality industry, preferably in travel planning or tour guiding.
Passion for travel and deep knowledge of the culture, history, and attractions of Extremadura or Spain in general.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
