As the Market Insights Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping our company understand consumer trends, preferences, and behaviors. Your insights will guide our strategic decision-making and ensure that our products and marketing efforts are aligned with market demands.

Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market research using various qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute market research plans.
Design and implement surveys, focus groups, and interviews to gather valuable consumer insights.
Generate detailed reports and presentations highlighting research findings and recommendations.
Monitor industry developments and emerging trends to provide proactive recommendations.
Stay up-to-date with market research best practices and continually enhance our research capabilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Marketing, Economics).
Strong analytical skills with experience in market research or data analysis.
Proficient in using statistical tools and software for data analysis.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in reporting.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
