Position: Cultural Insights Specialist

Job Description:

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis related to visitor preferences, exhibition effectiveness, and audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with curators, exhibit designers, and marketing teams to identify research objectives and devise appropriate methodologies.
  • Design and implement surveys, questionnaires, focus groups, and interviews to collect data.
  • Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to extract meaningful insights.
  • Create engaging reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving audience preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in research, analysis, and insight generation.
  • Proficient in statistical analysis software and data visualization tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
  • Passion for art, culture, and the museum's mission.
