Position: Cultural Insights Specialist

Job Description:

Conduct in-depth research and analysis related to visitor preferences, exhibition effectiveness, and audience engagement.
Collaborate with curators, exhibit designers, and marketing teams to identify research objectives and devise appropriate methodologies.
Design and implement surveys, questionnaires, focus groups, and interviews to collect data.
Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data to extract meaningful insights.
Create engaging reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving audience preferences.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience in research, analysis, and insight generation.
Proficient in statistical analysis software and data visualization tools.
Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
Passion for art, culture, and the museum's mission.
