Position Overview

As a Digital Engagement Specialist, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing innovative approaches to engage diverse audiences through digital channels. This role involves molding social media, network technology, and digital tools into successful engagement strategies that amplify our vision and further strengthen our online presence.

Your Responsibilities

Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective digital engagement strategies.
Create and curate compelling content, adapting it to various online platforms in a strategic manner.
Monitor social media conversations and trends, and proactively engage with our online communities.
Analyze data and metrics to measure the impact of our digital strategies and optimize engagement tactics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify emerging technologies and trends in the digital space, ensuring we remain at the forefront of innovation.
Act as an ambassador for our organization when interacting with external partners, influencers, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Marketing, Communication, or Digital Media.
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital engagement strategies.
An understanding of social media algorithms, digital analytics, and SEO principles.
Proficiency in utilizing various content management systems and social media scheduling tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
A genuine passion for technology, digital trends, and online communities.
