Fitness Program Coordinator

As a Fitness Program Coordinator at Costa Cruises, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and wellness of our guests onboard. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and delivering high-quality fitness programs tailored to the diverse needs of our guests
Organizing and overseeing group exercise classes, such as yoga, pilates, and Zumba
Providing personalized fitness consultations and creating individual workout plans for guests
Maintaining fitness equipment and ensuring a safe workout environment onboard
Collaborating with other departments to organize and promote wellness events and activities onboard

Requirements:

Proven experience as a fitness instructor or coordinator
Strong knowledge of various exercise techniques and fitness trends
Certifications in relevant fitness disciplines (e.g., personal training, group fitness)
Ability to create innovative fitness programs suitable for different ages and fitness levels
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
