Coastal Equipment Coordinator

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Coastal Equipment Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and maintaining our fleet of specialized equipment used for coastal emergencies.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the scheduling of maintenance, repair, and testing of all coastal equipment
Ensure the readiness and availability of equipment at all times
Manage inventory, including tracking and ordering necessary supplies and spare parts
Collaborate with other departments to implement and enhance equipment maintenance processes
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to equipment inspections, repairs, and maintenance
Conduct regular equipment inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards

Requirements:

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Experience in managing equipment maintenance and inventory
Knowledge of coastal emergency equipment and protocols is preferred
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
Proficient in using computer software and systems for tracking and documentation
