Position: Performance Specialist

Your Role:

Develop and implement cutting-edge training programs tailored to optimize athletes' performance.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify athletes' strengths, weaknesses, and individual needs to establish personalized training plans.
Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and advanced techniques to enhance athletes' physical capabilities.
Collaborate with coaches, nutritionists, and medical professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to athletes' well-being.
Monitor progress, provide regular feedback, and adapt training strategies accordingly.
Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in performance training.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or a related field.
Proven experience working in sports performance or strength and conditioning.
Deep knowledge of human anatomy, exercise physiology, and biomechanics.
Certifications in relevant areas such as CSCS, CES, or similar will be highly regarded.
Ability to assess athletes' functional movements and design programs to improve biomechanical efficiency.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with athletes, coaches, and other stakeholders.
Passion for staying at the forefront of performance training and continuously seeking personal and professional growth.
