We are currently seeking an Associate Manager to join our team:

Responsibilities:

Assist in managing day-to-day operations and overseeing the performance of our veterinary hospitals and pet care facilities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of services
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
Supervise and support our dedicated team of veterinarians, technicians, and administrative staff
Conduct regular evaluations to monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement
Implement company policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain high-quality standards across all facilities

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a leadership or management role
Background in the pet care industry is preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
