We are currently seeking an Associate Manager to join our team:
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations and overseeing the performance of our veterinary hospitals and pet care facilities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and delivery of services
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly
- Supervise and support our dedicated team of veterinarians, technicians, and administrative staff
- Conduct regular evaluations to monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement
- Implement company policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain high-quality standards across all facilities
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a leadership or management role
- Background in the pet care industry is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
