Position Available: Production Efficiency Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to enhance production efficiency and streamline processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvement initiatives
- Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity
- Monitor and evaluate production metrics
- Develop training programs to enhance team performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant field
- Proven experience in process improvement and implementing lean manufacturing principles
- Proficient in data analysis and using statistical tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
