About the Role:

Design and implement customized athlete development programs tailored to individual needs, elevating performance and supporting success.
Collaborate with sports organizations, coaches, and trainers to identify talent and provide guidance on fostering athlete growth.
Evaluate current athlete development strategies and propose innovative approaches to optimize performance.
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to adapt training methodologies and ensure Ontario athletes are at the forefront of their respective fields.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the sports industry to foster partnerships and drive collaboration.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in sports science, kinesiology, or a related field. Advanced certifications or postgraduate studies are highly valued.
Proven experience in athlete development, performance enhancement, or related roles.
Passionate about helping athletes realize their full potential and overcome challenges.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and effectively motivate athletes to strive for excellence.
An innovative mindset with a keen eye for emerging trends and technologies in athlete development.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
