- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist visitors by offering personalized recommendations and insights to enhance their travel experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging attractions, and new destination offerings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in travel coordination or related roles.
- Excellent knowledge of Singapore's tourist attractions, hotels, and cultural offerings.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
