Responsibilities:

Collaborate with local attractions and tour operators to develop captivating itineraries.
Ensure seamless coordination between various stakeholders, including transport providers, accommodation partners, and suppliers.
Create engaging promotional content to showcase our curated travel packages.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Assist visitors by offering personalized recommendations and insights to enhance their travel experiences.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging attractions, and new destination offerings.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in travel coordination or related roles.
Excellent knowledge of Singapore's tourist attractions, hotels, and cultural offerings.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
