Position: Urban Development Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential real estate opportunities for urban regeneration.
Collaborate with external partners, government bodies, and local communities to ensure project alignment.
Lead project feasibility studies, risk assessments, and financial analyses.
Develop innovative solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, to enhance urban spaces.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement, managing relationships with architects, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Monitor project progress, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met.
Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes in urban development.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
Proven experience in urban development, real estate project management, or a related role.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.
Familiarity with urban design principles and sustainability practices.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
