Job Description:

Société Foncière Lyonnaise, a leading real estate investment company in Île-de-France, is currently seeking a talented and driven Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for finding and attracting top-tier talent to contribute to our dynamic and growing team.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Conduct detailed screening and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
Create compelling job postings and advertisements that attract highly skilled professionals.
Coordinate and manage the full recruitment process, including interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the real estate or investment industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and French.
