Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sustainable production strategies to minimize environmental impact
Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to achieve energy efficiency and waste reduction
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability principles into all aspects of the manufacturing process
Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to environmental standards and regulations
Evaluate supplier performance and engage in sustainable sourcing initiatives
Lead training programs to raise awareness of sustainable practices among employees
Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of sustainability programs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in implementing sustainable production practices within the manufacturing industry
Familiarity with environmental regulations and certifications
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify opportunities for improvement
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
