Position: Digital Engagement Specialist

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Digital Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our online presence, driving engagement, and managing the digital customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance our brand presence in the digital space
Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
Create compelling content to engage our online audience across various platforms
Monitor and respond to customer queries and feedback on social media channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms
