Exterran Corporation is an industry-leading energy services company dedicated to promoting sustainability and environmental consciousness. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sustainable Supply Chain Coordinator.

Job Description:

Develop and implement sustainable supply chain strategies that align with our company's social responsibility goals.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure adherence to sustainable practices and promote ethical sourcing.
Evaluate and select suppliers based on their environmental performance, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress in reducing carbon footprint and promoting responsible resource management.
Work closely with internal departments to establish sustainable packaging initiatives and waste reduction practices.
Participate in audits and assessments to verify compliance with sustainability policies and regulations.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the supply chain to minimize environmental impact.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices related to sustainable supply chain management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience in supply chain management, preferably in the energy industry.
Thorough understanding of sustainable practices and their application in supply chain operations.
Strong ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports on sustainability performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Proven track record of implementing sustainable initiatives or projects.
Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
