Digital Engagement Specialist

Take charge of our online initiatives, connecting readers and aspiring writers across various platforms
Create captivating content that resonates with our target audience and sparks their interest in literature
Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to enhance our brand presence on the web
Monitor trends and emerging technologies to stay at the forefront of digital engagement practices
Build and nurture relationships with influencers, authors, and industry professionals to expand our online community
Analyze user data and insights to measure the success of our digital campaigns and drive data-driven decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with overall organizational goals
Research and experiment with new digital tools and platforms to optimize our digital presence

As the ideal candidate, you are a tech-savvy enthusiast with a passion for literature and a strong understanding of online communities. You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to engage and excite others with your words. Attention to detail and a creative mindset are essential for crafting compelling content.

Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing is highly preferred. Knowledge of literature and an understanding of different literary genres would be advantageous.
