Job Opportunity:

We are currently seeking a Farm Operations Manager to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all farm operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our agricultural activities.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of our farms and agricultural activities.
Supervise a team of agricultural workers, providing guidance and support.
Develop and implement efficient farming techniques to maximize productivity.
Maintain farm equipment and ensure its optimal functionality.
Monitor crop growth, pests, and diseases, taking necessary measures to protect the yield.
Collaborate with farmers, agronomists, and other stakeholders to optimize farm operations.
Create and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective practices.
Adhere to agricultural regulations and safety guidelines.
Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements, implementing relevant practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience in farm management or a related field.
Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and rural operations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Sound understanding of crop cultivation, fertilization, and harvesting techniques.
Good mechanical aptitude to maintain and troubleshoot farm equipment.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using farm management software is a plus.
Flexibility to work long hours and handle physical tasks.
