Responsibilities:

Develop and implement adaptive strategies to enhance the overall customer experience
Collaborate with various departments to create unique and captivating offerings
Stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities
Organize and manage events and activities to entertain and engage customers
Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and external contacts
Monitor customer feedback and tailor experiences to meet their preferences
