We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team at Rex Trueform Group in the Western Cape, South Africa. As an International Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our global operations and expanding our business horizons.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize our international business operations
- Identify and evaluate potential markets, business opportunities, and partnerships globally
- Manage and nurture relationships with international clients, distributors, and stakeholders
- Research and analyze global market trends and competitive landscape
- Oversee logistics, supply chain, and quality management to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field
- Proven track record in international business development and management
- Strong understanding of global markets, regulations, and industry dynamics
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in MS Office and business intelligence tools
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of other languages is a plus
