Position: Language and Culture Ambassador

Job Description:

Engage and assist prospective and existing members in sharing the benefits of joining our Language and Culture Club
Showcase our diverse range of language learning resources, cultural activities, and events that foster an enriching experience for club members
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring member inquiries and concerns are handled promptly and professionally
Support the sales team in reaching monthly and quarterly targets through effective communication and product knowledge

Requirements:

A passion for languages, cultures, and community building
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
Strong verbal and written communication abilities in both English and French
Experience in customer service or sales-related roles is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
