Position: Legal Innovator

Role and Responsibilities:

Provide strategic legal advice and support to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
Identify legal risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal requirements align with business objectives.
Analyze and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
Conduct legal research to stay up-to-date with legislative changes and industry best practices.
Advise on legal matters related to corporate governance, intellectual property, and data protection.
Assist in the development of legal strategies to drive innovation.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive innovation within the legal framework.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law or similar field.
Admission to the Israeli Bar Association.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Strong understanding of Israeli legal system, regulations, and corporate law.
Ability to think strategically and provide proactive legal advice.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
