Role Overview:

As the Creative Experience Lead, you will be responsible for driving artistic excellence in our organization's programs and services. You will play a key role in enhancing the overall experience, visual appeal, and design elements of our initiatives, ensuring a high level of engagement and impact for our beneficiaries.

Responsibilities:

Lead the creative vision and strategy for Lutheran Social Services, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and values
Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for artistic interventions in various programs and services
Design and develop engaging visual content such as brochures, infographics, social media graphics, and presentations
Provide artistic guidance and support to staff members and contribute to their professional development
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in the art and design industry and incorporate them into our work
Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into creative solutions
Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to measure the impact of artistic interventions on our beneficiaries

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or Visual Communication
Proven experience in a similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of creative work
Advanced proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.)
Strong artistic and conceptual thinking with a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
A passion for improving the lives of individuals through art and design
