Position: Production Specialist

About the Role:

As a Production Specialist at Lincoln Center, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team responsible for creating memorable performances and extraordinary events. You will work closely with artists, technicians, and administrators to ensure the seamless execution of our productions.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the production process, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Collaborate with production team members to develop creative solutions for technical challenges
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of equipment and machinery
Proactively identify potential operational issues and implement preventative measures
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Train and supervise production staff

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Previous experience in event production or related roles
Strong technical skills, including familiarity with audio, lighting, and video equipment
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
