About the Role:

As a Creative Brand Innovator, you will be at the forefront of our media strategies, advertising campaigns, and entertainment initiatives. Your role will involve developing innovative concepts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing integrated marketing strategies that engage our target audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Devise captivating brand stories and narratives that align with our mission and appeal to our customer base.
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions to generate unique ideas and concepts.
  • Create and execute compelling advertising campaigns across various platforms including print, digital, and social media.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, design, and product development to ensure brand consistency.
  • Research industry trends, consumer insights, and competitors' activities to drive innovation.
  • Stay updated with emerging media and entertainment trends to integrate them into our marketing strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance, collect data, and analyze metrics to refine strategies and optimize results.
  • Pitch creative proposals to stakeholders, providing clear justifications and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical advertising standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the media, advertising, or entertainment sector.
  • Demonstrable portfolio showcasing your creativity, storytelling abilities, and successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, target audience segmentation, and market trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, content management systems, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Passion for sustainability, social activism, and The Body Shop's values.
  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
