Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and threats
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard our systems and data
Regularly monitor and evaluate our security measures to identify and address any weaknesses or gaps
Manage and liaise with external security vendors and contractors
Keep abreast of emerging security trends and technologies to enhance our security systems and processes

Requirements:

Proven experience in security assurance, preferably in a financial or related industry
Knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices
Understanding of information security principles, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are desirable
Fluency in English and German is required
