Hengst SE & Co. KG, a leading company in Bavaria, Germany, is currently seeking a talented Rewards and Benefits Specialist to join our team. As a key player in the Healthcare/Medical industry, you will have the opportunity to shape our rewards and benefits strategy, ensuring our employees are provided with excellent remuneration packages and perks.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive rewards and benefits programs tailored to meet the needs of our employees.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive practices.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure the effective communication and implementation of reward programs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing rewards and benefits plans and recommend enhancements to drive employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Create and deliver training sessions to educate employees on the various compensation and benefits packages available.
  • Partner with external vendors to negotiate and manage contracts for benefits providers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing rewards and benefits programs within the Healthcare/Medical industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation structures and benefits trends.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus.
