Hengst SE & Co. KG, a leading company in Bavaria, Germany, is currently seeking a talented Rewards and Benefits Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive rewards and benefits programs tailored to meet the needs of our employees.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive practices.
Collaborate with HR teams to ensure the effective communication and implementation of reward programs.
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing rewards and benefits plans and recommend enhancements to drive employee satisfaction and retention.
Create and deliver training sessions to educate employees on the various compensation and benefits packages available.
Partner with external vendors to negotiate and manage contracts for benefits providers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in designing and implementing rewards and benefits programs within the Healthcare/Medical industry.
In-depth knowledge of compensation structures and benefits trends.
Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Fluent in both written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus.
