We are currently recruiting for the position of Technology Innovator. As part of our innovative IT department, you will play a key role in shaping the digital landscape of Grouse Mountain Resorts, ensuring that our guests enjoy a seamless and unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze technology needs within the organization;
Develop and implement cutting-edge software solutions to enhance our operational efficiency;
Manage and maintain our existing software infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability;
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose innovative ideas to improve our guest experience;
Lead projects from concept to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards;
Provide technical support for internal departments and troubleshoot system issues as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
Proven experience in software development, with expertise in frontend and backend technologies;
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++;
Experience with cloud computing platforms and web services;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment;
Passion for outdoor activities and a willingness to embrace the unique challenges and rewards of working in a mountain resort setting.
