We are looking for a highly creative and driven individual to join our team at the Swedish National Agency for Special Needs Education and Schools (SPSM). As a Communications Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization's image and enhancing our outreach efforts.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative communication strategies to strengthen our brand presence
Create engaging content for various platforms such as websites, newsletters, and publications
Manage and grow our social media presence through strategic planning and compelling content
Collaborate with internal teams to gather information and contribute to the development of campaigns and initiatives
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of communication campaigns using relevant metrics
Stay updated on emerging trends and technology in the field of communication

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful communication strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and content management systems
Knowledge of photography, video editing, and graphic design would be a plus
Passion for education and improving the lives of students with special needs
