Position Overview

As a Wellness Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing wellness programs and initiatives for our employees. Your primary focus will be on promoting employee health, well-being, and work-life balance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute various wellness activities, workshops, and events.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and lead wellness programs, such as fitness challenges, nutrition workshops, stress management sessions, and health screenings
Assess employee needs and preferences, and tailor wellness initiatives accordingly
Collaborate with internal departments to create engaging and educational wellness content
Organize and promote team-building activities to foster a sense of camaraderie
Evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs through data analysis and employee feedback
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in corporate wellness

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., public health, nutrition, psychology)
Prior experience in organizing and promoting wellness programs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
