Position: Regional Operations Manager

About the Role:

As a Regional Operations Manager at KICC, you will play a vital role in overseeing the operational aspects of our diverse portfolio of venues, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a team of venue managers and staff members across multiple locations
Monitoring and enhancing operational processes to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction
Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth execution of events and conventions
Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion
Providing guidance and support to venue managers regarding operational challenges and customer service
Ensuring compliance with industry standards, organizational policies, and safety regulations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Proven experience in managing multi-site operations within the events, hospitality, or related industry
Demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with effective decision-making skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and handle multiple priorities
Advanced knowledge of event management software and proficiency in MS Office Suite
