Position: Regional Operations Manager
About the Role:
As a Regional Operations Manager at KICC, you will play a vital role in overseeing the operational aspects of our diverse portfolio of venues, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding service delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a team of venue managers and staff members across multiple locations
- Monitoring and enhancing operational processes to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth execution of events and conventions
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Providing guidance and support to venue managers regarding operational challenges and customer service
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, organizational policies, and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing multi-site operations within the events, hospitality, or related industry
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with effective decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and handle multiple priorities
- Advanced knowledge of event management software and proficiency in MS Office Suite
