The Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement creative digital marketing campaigns to promote school events, achievements, and initiatives.
Manage and curate content for the district's social media platforms and website to promote a positive and engaging online presence.
Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of digital engagement efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with various school stakeholders to develop and execute engaging social media and digital communication strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our digital engagement efforts remain innovative and effective.
Generate creative and compelling visuals, videos, and written content to drive audience engagement and increase brand awareness.
Maintain a strong understanding of the district's values, goals, and overall communication strategy to ensure alignment across all digital platforms.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, communications, or a related role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content management systems, and digital analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and informative content.
Creative mindset with the ability to effectively convey ideas visually and in writing.
Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the education sector and previous experience working with educational institutions is preferred, but not required.
