Position: Sustainable Development Associate
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze sustainable development strategies in the Construction/Real Estate industry
- Implement innovative measures to promote environmental sustainability in property development projects
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with sustainability standards and regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with local communities and organizations to support social responsibility initiatives
- Organize and participate in environmental awareness events and charitable activities
- Conduct regular sustainability audits to monitor the impact of our projects
- Provide guidance and support to the company's employees on sustainable practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, or a related field
- Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices
- Prior experience in the Construction/Real Estate industry is highly preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken German and English
