Position: Sustainable Development Associate

Responsibilities:

Research and analyze sustainable development strategies in the Construction/Real Estate industry
Implement innovative measures to promote environmental sustainability in property development projects
Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure compliance with sustainability standards and regulations
Develop and maintain relationships with local communities and organizations to support social responsibility initiatives
Organize and participate in environmental awareness events and charitable activities
Conduct regular sustainability audits to monitor the impact of our projects
Provide guidance and support to the company's employees on sustainable practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, or a related field
Strong understanding of sustainability principles and practices
Prior experience in the Construction/Real Estate industry is highly preferred
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in both written and spoken German and English
