Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance professional development within our organization.
Identify training needs and create comprehensive programs to address skill gaps.
Work closely with department heads to ensure alignment of training programs with business objectives.
Evaluate and select external training providers to deliver high-quality programs.
Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
Create and update training materials to reflect current industry standards.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements.
Conduct regular assessments to measure employee performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to inculcate a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
5+ years of experience in professional development or related roles.
Proven track record in designing and delivering successful training programs.
Strong understanding of the Franchise/Chain industry and its best practices.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and a passion for employee development.
Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) certification is preferred.
