Role: Engineering Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Engineering Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the development, maintenance, and improvement of our cutting-edge technology in the aviation/aerospace sector. Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and implementing advanced engineering solutions that comply with industry standards and regulations.
Participating in the complete lifecycle of projects, including concept development, design, testing, and implementation.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and project managers, to ensure successful project execution.
Conducting research to identify emerging technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for their incorporation into our projects.
Performing detailed analysis and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.
Contributing to the preparation of technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and user manuals.

Requirements

As an ideal candidate, you should possess the following qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Aeronautical, Aerospace, or a related field.
Proven track record in engineering roles, with significant experience in the aviation/aerospace industry.
Extensive knowledge of engineering principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
