Position: Wellness Coordinator

We are currently seeking a talented and passionate individual to fill the position of Wellness Coordinator. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the improvement of health and wellness initiatives within our community.

Responsibilities:

Plan, develop, and implement wellness programs and events for employees, promoting an active and healthy lifestyle.
Coordinate physical fitness activities, including group exercise classes, sports tournaments, and team-building events.
Collaborate with local fitness centers and sports clubs to provide engaging wellness activities for employees.
Coordinate workshops and educational sessions on nutrition, stress management, and other wellness-related topics.
Create and distribute wellness resources and materials to promote healthy habits among employees.
Support employees in setting personal wellness goals and provide guidance on achieving them.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Exercise Science, Health Promotion, or Nutrition.
Prior experience in coordinating wellness programs or related activities.
Strong knowledge of health and fitness principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using technology and resources for wellness program management.
Passion for promoting health and wellness in the workplace.
