Job Opportunity: Ocean Activities Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Organize and coordinate ocean-based sports and fitness activities
- Design and implement engaging programs to cater to different skill levels
- Ensure safety protocols and guidelines are followed at all times
- Manage equipment inventory and maintenance
- Collaborate with local suppliers and partners for activity logistics
- Provide exceptional customer service to participants and visitors
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new clientele
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement innovative ideas
Qualifications:
- Passion for outdoor activities, especially ocean-based sports
- Extensive knowledge and experience in various ocean activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
- Certifications in relevant sports and fitness disciplines are a plus
