As a Creative Project Manager at Landesbetrieb Forst Brandenburg, you will be responsible for the ideation, planning, and execution of various innovative projects that engage, inform, and entertain our diverse audience. Your ability to blend artistry and strategy will be instrumental in driving our initiatives towards success.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the entire creative project lifecycle, ensuring the smooth development and delivery of engaging content
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, define objectives, and set realistic timelines
Provide creative direction and guidance to designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, ensuring brand consistency and quality
Assess project risks and develop contingency plans to ensure project milestones are achieved
Monitor project progress, handle any issues that arise, and keep stakeholders informed of the project's status

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Proven experience in managing creative projects from concept to completion
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders
Fluency in both German and English, both written and verbal
A passion for creativity, innovation, and staying up-to-date with industry trends
