About You:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific field
Proven experience in research, development, or innovation roles
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Effective communication and presentation abilities

Fluency in English, both written and spoken
