About the Position:

As a Flexible Work Style Coordinator, you will be responsible for spearheading initiatives aimed at promoting a flexible and balanced work style within our organization. Your primary tasks will include:

Developing and implementing policies that enable a flexible work environment.
Collaborating with department heads to define flexible work options tailored to specific roles and teams.
Providing guidance and support to supervisors and employees on managing flexible work arrangements.
Evaluating the effectiveness of flexible work practices and adjusting policies accordingly.
Organizing workshops and training sessions to foster a healthy work-life balance culture.

Requirements:

Previous experience in human resources, employee relations, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
An understanding of the importance of work-life balance and flexible work arrangements.
