Job Title: Creative Excellence Specialist

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Creative Excellence Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving artistic innovation while maintaining a strong focus on exceptional design and captivating visuals in our advertising campaigns and brand materials.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and develop fresh and compelling artistic ideas that align with our brand identity
Create visually appealing designs for a variety of marketing channels, including print, digital, and social media
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design consistency and brand integrity
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design techniques
Provide artistic guidance and mentorship to junior members of the creative team
Contribute to the overall creative direction of the company

Qualifications:

Proven experience in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
Outstanding portfolio showcasing a range of creative design projects
Expertise in utilizing industry-standard design software and tools
Strong understanding of typography, color, and visual composition
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Passion for art, design, and staying updated with current design trends
Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
