Position: Wellness Program Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Wellness Program Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing a comprehensive wellness program to promote a healthy and active lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee the implementation of a Wellness program tailored to employees' needs.
Create and promote fitness and wellness initiatives, such as group exercise classes, health screenings, and nutritional counseling.
Collaborate with external partners to organize sports events, tournaments, and fitness challenges.
Educate employees on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle through workshops, seminars, and informative materials.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness initiatives, making improvements as necessary.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on program participation and outcomes.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a related role, such as Health and Wellness Coordinator, Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer is preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Passion for promoting health and wellness.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate others.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
