As an Advanced Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement innovative manufacturing processes with a focus on efficiency and quality.
Identify areas for improvement and implement cost-effective solutions to enhance production effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and resolve technical problems.
Analyze production data, identify trends, and develop strategies to optimize performance and reduce waste.
Lead projects involving process improvement, equipment modification, and automation to increase productivity and ensure product quality.
Apply lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and production staff.
Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in advanced manufacturing.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of advanced manufacturing processes, production equipment, and automation.
Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
