Job Description:

Lead and drive innovation projects, exploring breakthrough concepts and technology advancements in the aviation industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engineering experts, and external partners to develop new products and services.
Identify market trends and customer needs, developing innovative solutions to address them.
Manage and execute complex projects, ensuring objectives are met within defined timelines and budgets.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and emerging developments to identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements:

A passion for aviation and an understanding of the industry's challenges and opportunities.
Proven experience in driving innovation projects, preferably within the aviation or aerospace sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and evaluate potential opportunities.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take risks and drive change.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
