Position Overview:

As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our organization operates within the legal framework. Your responsibilities will include:

Evaluating current processes and proposing changes to ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
Developing and implementing comprehensive compliance strategies.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance-related documentation and processes are effectively managed and maintained.
Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify potential compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Providing training and support to staff to ensure compliance awareness and adherence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Law, Sustainability, or related disciplines).
Proven experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent understanding of environmental laws, regulations, and standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with complex data.
Superb interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
