Zoup! is seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Engagement Specialist. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Create and curate compelling content that resonates with our target audience
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and respond in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns
- Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to optimize performance
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
