Job Opportunity: Thrill Creator

We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Thrill Creator. As a Thrill Creator, you will play a vital role in designing and executing thrilling experiences for our participants. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for adventure will contribute to the success of our programs.

About the Role

Develop and implement innovative sports and entertainment activities that excite and engage our participants.
Design adventure itineraries and programs, considering safety, skill levels, and participant preferences.
Coordinate with local partners to arrange logistics and ensure smooth execution of activities.
Create a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages personal growth and empowerment.
Lead and supervise groups during sports and entertainment activities, ensuring safety guidelines are followed.
Provide coaching and instruction to participants, helping them improve their skills and have a memorable experience.
Assess and mitigate risks associated with outdoor activities, ensuring the safety of all participants.
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and comply with safety standards.
Document and evaluate participant feedback to continuously improve our programs.

Requirements

Passion for sports, adventure, and entertainment.
Experience in planning and organizing sports or entertainment events.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
Certifications in relevant sports disciplines or outdoor activities preferred.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
