Role Overview:

As the Excursion Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our excursion operations, ensuring smooth and efficient operations while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and professionalism. You will play a critical role in creating memorable experiences for our customers and managing a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing strategic plans for excursion operations to drive growth and profitability
Managing and overseeing day-to-day operations, including scheduling, logistics, and customer support
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners
Providing leadership and guidance to the excursion operations team
Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators and making data-driven decisions
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient procedures
Handling escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Proven experience in excursion/tourism operations management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and related software
Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
