Your Role

As a Destination Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Creating customized itineraries and travel plans tailored to individual preferences
Providing detailed information on local attractions, tours, and activities
Assisting customers in selecting and booking vacation packages
Offering personalized recommendations based on customer needs and interests
Managing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally

Your Profile

In order to succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

A passion for travel and a deep knowledge of Melilla's tourist attractions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple customer requests
Fluency in Spanish, English, and preferably a third language
Attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset
